I find it useful that you made a master plan of green spaces, maybe you should examine also their typologies and connections and how eventually the community centre contributes to the connections. I find it also useful that you explored the aesthetics of buildings in different materials. It would be interesting to have a statement if you want a contextual or a contrasting buildings. You have also a part on risk and emergency. To make use of this analysis you might think that in case of emergency the park might be used for temporary tents and the community centre might be made available for temporary shelter before the tents are built.
